Why I started Salt & Sea.
I wanted an electrolyte that supported my health and fitness goals without tasting like candy or being loaded with unnecessary sugar and sweeteners. Salt & Sea was born from a health-conscious endurance athlete mindset: add value to the routine, not sweeteners or unnecessary junk.
