It is an unrefined salt containing more than 60 naturally occurring trace minerals, rather than the basic refined salt used in many electrolyte mixes.

Beetroot contains naturally occurring nitrates that support nitric oxide production and healthy blood flow.

Because we do not use anti-caking agents, some clumping may occur, especially after exposure to heat or humidity. This is completely normal and does not affect quality or performance.

Mix one packet with 16 to 32 ounces of water. Adjust the amount to suit your taste and hydration needs.

Press the packet between your thumbs and fingers to break apart any clumps before opening. Cut or tear a wider opening for an easier pour.

Use it before, during, or after training, on hot days, while traveling, or whenever your routine calls for mineral-forward hydration.
